What Causes Imbalance Issues Post Tamiflu Intake?

My husband started tamaflu today. Aftwe 2 capsule his balance was insecure and he fell I am recovering from the flue without having been able to take anything I knowtrying to just go to the bathroom was an ordeal but I thought themedwould prevent this

Tamiflu has a lot of side effects, especially nausea and vomiting, so you have to be very careful in terms of taking it, if you have already started it i would finish the course, but be cautious since he did fall, the fall could have been just secondary to the flu as well, causing generalized weakness, not necessarily side effect.
