What Causes Inconsistencies In Bowel Movements?

I started smoking about a year ago. i'm 17 years old and made a big mistake. i want to quit smoking but i just simply cant have a bowel movement without first smoking a cigarette. the problem is i dont have that Urge to go unless im outside. on the porch, and i finish my cigarette. i REALLY want to quit smoking but i don't know what to do. So my question is will this go away after i stop smoking? And are there ways i can deal with the constapation while i wait?

Hello,

It is due to wrong habit. To change a habit takes time. You can try chewing gum, non-nicotinic gum for a few weeks till you give up the habit.

There is nothing to worry, all it depends on your will. If you are determined you can change this habit.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
