I m 27yo female. Recently I had a period but did not last as long as it usually does. I have acquired a bladder infection, headaches, sore nipples, and the only time i have had a bladder infection is when i was pregnant with my last three and I m having more then normal discharge.. What does it sound like or am I just going crazy??? E.W

Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. I have gone through the query and would like to offer my opinion. If your menstrual cycles in recent times have been regular and normal except for this one, you need further evaluation. I would ask you to go for a urinalysis, pregnancy test preferably through a blood sample estimation and follow it up with a sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the trans-vaginal route to know the status of the pelvic organs. Further management can be planned accordingly. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
