What Causes Inconsistent And Very Little Amount Of Bowel Movement In Kids?

my 4yr old son has been pooping in his pants, very little amounts, inconsistant, not the runs but almost like, sometimes he doesnt even notice he has done it... it has been a week. he is normally very consistant, his last big/huge stool was 7 days after all started...

I really appreciate your concern, although it may not be illness but certain conditions are there and that need to be ruled out like diet changed, timing of defecation being changed and very important is phobia, threaten, fear.
It is matter that demands the attention by parents, first try to change the diet pay attention toward the timing if it is ever changed, even after this the condition remains as it is then you will have to look out for the matter given above.
