What Causes Increase In Prolactin Level?

Hello sir my age is 20years.My prolactin is very high its 197.56.I want to ask what could be the reason for this increase in prolactin.Is it due to rabee d ? I was taking this medicine for 2years but now i have discontinued it on the advice of my doctor.i have also taken medicine for depression few months back.Has it increased due to these medicines or there could be any other reason?I read that it also increases due to tumour.
