What Causes Increased Heart Rate?

My 15 year old son, just now,told me some symptoms he s been having for the past year: Duration:15-20 mins randomly once a day Heart rate increases Everything he hears speeds up He says he can hear (in his head) two voices yelling at each other,but at a distance, can t tell what they are saying He feels that IF he happens to be talking at the time, he s talkin in super fast speed And in his head he s trying to tell himself to talk slower
