What Causes Increased Heart Rate?

Is it bad to have a resting heart rate of 132 bpm and blood pressure is 154/94 could it be a symptom of anemia as I m also weak and tire easily with the slightest exertion. I am a 38 yr old female with weight at 177 height a 5 2 in relatively decent health typically.

I really appreciate your concern, because of the stress and anxiety, depression, such increased heart rate is just possible and if you are going to read it on your own then this would be possibly shows more rating, try to come out of stress, try some exercise, relaxation therapy, meditation stop worrying, everything would be fine soon, take care.
