What Causes Increased Urge To Urinate And Discomfort?

I am having a problem. It has been going on for 2 days and I was wondering if you could help me find out what is wrong and if I really need to see my doctor.

I have had an increased urged to pee but when I get the the bathroom there is nothing in my blatter. It also stings when I do pee. Also when i wipe the toilet paper is a little pink but the color of the urine in the toilet is clear/yellow.

This indicates possible urinary tract infection.

Primary guidelines for better outcome are:
- Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids
- Cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of drinking water
- Need prescription of antibiotics according to the urine microscopy with your doctor

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
