hello drs., i ve terrible pain in my knees,specially the right one.it has been increasing day by day &is hindering my day-to -day activities like walking, standing,bending,SLEEPING.Just above and below the knee,the pain is so acute as if it s a blister.The x-rays tell that the gap is almost reduced to none.the pain never stops for a second.what to do.please help.
