What Causes Increasing Pain And Numbness In Toes?

I am finding an increase in the pain level in my toes combined with some numbness. The numbness has been occurring for almost 12 months now. I find that when I stretch my hips and on either side of my lower spine the pain retreats. It is worse when I sleep at night. When I am stretching my legs I can also feel a stretch in my upper spine - especially around the neck and shoulders. Have I got diabetes? Only one of the 10 signs on this cite is true for me - i.e numbness. Look forward to what you say.
Cheers,
Liti

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if you have got the Diabetes then the chances of diabetes neuropathy is very likely the tight rule of glucose control has to be there in my opinion if you have done the HbA1c then get it done looking to history given here this could be a diabetic toe, hope this information helps you have nice day.
