What Causes Indegestion And Tightness In Stomach?

about a month time, every time i eat, my stomach feels so tight and seems not digesting anything. i never eat junk food or unhealthy food; my diet is very healthy; i.e most vegies, fish; and i don't drink alcohol or fizzy drink. so i just don't understand why i have the problem. Please help to explain me what may cause it. i have blood test and ultrasound but came out normal, so my doctor stop doing anymore tests. thank you
