What Causes Indentation Under Kneecap With History Of Total Knee Replacement?

I had a total knee replacement on June 23, 2014. I fell about 2-3 weeks ago but I didn t think it was very bad because it hardly hurt but as time has gone on it hurts worse and worse and now it has an indention under my kneecap. Is this something I should be concerned about or will it eventually go away? Thank you

Hello
I have studied your case.
There can be soft tissue injury or impaction.
You may need x ray of your knee.
Further investigation like CBC and Crp may help.
Till time take analgesic and take rest.
you can not neglect injury post tkr.
consult your doctor or primary ASAP.
I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to contact us. I will be happy to answer. Take care.
