What Causes Indigestion, Bad Odor, Irritation And Headaches?

hi my body has a bad smell like burned plastic when i eat something not able to be digested. basicaly food gives energy ,but in my case when i eat like normal people i feel that i dont have energy , i feel irritated , headache , not able to focus..... pls Doc tell me what i have to do . Thank you

You may have a food allergy. I would recommend that you keep a careful log of your symptoms and everything that you eat, for at least 1 week. Hopefully it will help you identify triggers that are causing your symptoms.
