What Causes Indigestion?
sometimes I get chest pains in the center of my chest that feels like indigestion. It feels like something I can t swallow and dissipates within 3-4 minutes. I m in good health with good blood pressure. I don t eat red meat or heavy foods that could cause indigestion. Age 30, 195lbs, 5 9

As per my evaluation with clinical experience, it is chronic gastritis with or without ulcer and associated alterations in gut flora mechanics via consumption of high cholesterol items and non-veg.
Primary care with dietary measures and proton pump inhibitors, pro kinetic with bulk forming psyllium husk are best recovering agents.
