What Causes Infertility In A Woman With Dysmenorrhea And Epigastric Pain?

Hi doctors .. I am trying to get pregnant For 14 months . I have a long history of abdominal pain , epigastric pain and dysmenorrhea . After marriage by 8 months I consulted a gyncologist and diagnosed as PCO in correlation by lab tests and received lotrezol , dostinex , merional , choriomon , cidophage , dophaston with correlation with folliculometry for 5 months and no result. My doctor advised me to make hysterogram examination . So would it be helpful ? And if not what should I do??

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The current status of ovarian functioning is necessary to know about the ovulation pattern along with hormones evaluation. Then comes the matter of tube patency for transport of sperms in the fallopian tube for possible conception. Would like to review the query with attachments of latest reports of the ultrasound and blood tests if available on hand.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
