What Causes Inflammation Of Arms Post Implanon Insert?

Hi, i have the implanon fitted into my left arm and this is the second time i ve had it done. Over the last two days, i ve noticed that its become red and inflamed. I ve had it fitted for 6 months now and have never had a problem with it. I did have the usual effects within the first week or so of having it done but nothing like this. Please could you advice me :)
