Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a mass or a granulomatous tissue . Anyways, I reccomend a ct and a biopsy of the same to determine what it could be.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Harshita
