Hi, my father is 85 and suffers from infrequent senselessness followed by urination and defalcation. This lasts for a couple of minute, that time he creates some snoring sound. He is under Lividopa, he is hypertensive also. what could be the reason? He infrequently wears cervical collar.

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Requires evaluation for dementia
2. Looks possible Alzheimer's disease. Mental examination required.
3. Meet a neurologist or psychiatrist to provide treatment and support. Cervical collar not related.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
