What Causes Insomnia And Blurred Vision?

I have had one seizure last october, it was due to lack of sleep and poor diet choices. (Redbull & other energy drinks) i felt close to having another one a few times in the last few months.. last night i had very little sleep and tonight im falling asleep and it feels like i fall asleep for an hour but i notice its only been like 5 minutes and i kinda jolt awake and my vision is choppy am i at high risk of having a seizure while sleeping

The condition is overexertion, lack of physical rest, deficiency of certain vitamins, minerals or sugar alterations.

You do not have a threat to get the seizure while sleeping, it is your mindset up.
