What Causes Insomnia, Stomach Pain And Blood In Stool?

Hi, I had H. Pylori (3+) in 2005, no ulcers in stomach, no treatment at the time. for the last couple weeks, I started having empty stomach pain, insomnia (could not sleep until 6-7AM,then I use sleeping pills), I started having blood stool yesterday. I went to see walk in clinic, the doctor told me to find a family doctor for treatment. what's the possible cause of this?

Hello,

Blood in stool with stomach pain may be due to bacillary dysentery or amoebic dysentery or clostridium difficale infection etc.

H pylori may cause peptic ulcers formation and which may cause blood in stools. Use tablet.pantaprazole with empty stomach.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Get it done stool for microscopy and culture and sensitivity.

Please consult your physician/gastroentrologist they will examine and treat you accordingly.
