What Causes Intense Back Pain During Urination?

Good evening,im Edwin,44 yrs old and i was very well when i report for work today.after hours of unloading boxes for over an hour,i suddenly felt urge to urinate but it turns out i have difficulty urinating and my back really hurts bad.i have to ask my boss to leave due painful back.what does it mean?

The pain you are describing is likely due to ureteric stones. Please be advised to follow up with your primary provider to get an Xray of abdomen, urine analysis, culture done to look for the presence of stones.
Meanwhile, drink plenty of water and take Tylenol for pain.
