What Causes Intense Burning Pain In Right Side Under Breast?

Recently I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy . Findings were esophagitis , gastritis , duodentitis , a lot of inflammation . There was mucosa in stomach antrum and gastric area which was biopsied . Colonoscopy revealed diverticulosis in top and bottom section of large intestine and a polyp which was removed and sent out for biopsy . Just after these procedures I started experiencing intense burning from tongue throughout entire digestive system . And five days ago the intense burning started in right side under right breast , with pain in side middle back and chest felt like in heart area and a terrible pain in my stomach . I am wondering if this is my gallbladder causing all the burning and inflammation ? And should I go to ER I go for my biopsy results tomorrow .
