What Causes Intense Fever, Chills And Stomach Pain?

I just woke up with an intense fever and chills and pain in my stomach, then used the restroom and dropped the fever and pain instantly. I have been on prescription opiates and had a drink with them tonight.recently I have had trouble using the restroom (1+2)could this be suprise fever attack be anything to worry about?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history sudden fever, chills and pain in abdomen which got relieved by passing motion. Also noted that you are already taking prescription opiates and had a drink too.
Such symptom complex can come by severe enteritis with toxemia .
I would advise you the following:
Antibiotics.
Probiotics.
Tests of stool, urine and blood.
Further tests if no relief.to get a proper guideline about diagnosis and treatment.
