Hello,

Getting bedridden because of pain that leads to fainting, plus erectile difficulties that you have are not normal and should be taken seriously. Your symptoms are indicative of a large disc herniation, severe spinal stenosis, or spinal injury compressing the nerve roots in the lower spine. Nerve damage if not treated may cause permanent damage.

Compression or irritation of the pudendal or related pelvic nerves may also cause pain when sitting or in certain other positions. Erectile dysfunction occurs due to nerve involvement. Stones in the ureter or kidney causing referred pain. Severe kidney stone pain can cause fainting, though it’s usually more colicky and doesn’t cause long-term erection issues unless there’s nerve damage.

Chronic prostatitis can flare up with intense pain and impact sexual function. Get clinically examined by a Neurologist. You need urgent imaging (MRI of lumbar spine and pelvis) and a full urology along with neurology/spine specialist evaluation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
