What Causes Intense Pain And Burning Sensation In The Abdominal And Vaginal Area?

I have intense pain from just above my navel in the front through to my back up to where my bra strap is in the back. I have intense bloating with severe burning in my stomach and vaginal UTI area. I have severe nausea like I could vomit at any time.

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query. Your symptoms are suggestive of an acute gastritis. It can be due to several causes like infection, irritation due to spicy food, beverages, alcohol etc., medications which increase acidity, stress, improper dietary habits and lack of proper sleep. You need a clinical evaluation, antacid medication, anti-spasmodic and anti-emetic medication, bland diet, plenty of fluids and rest. You may also need digestive enzymes and probiotics to relieve the bloating. Any infection should be promptly treated and triggering factors avoided. Hope this helps.
