What Causes Intense Pain In Abdomen And Pebble Like Stool?

intense gas pains
I have intense pain in my lower abdomen. Feels kind of like gas pains but won't go away. I've pooped once since it started, but they were just like small pebbles now I seem constipated. Am I just badly constipated or is it something else?

I read your complain. Lack of high fiber foods may lead to constipation problem.
Lack of gastric mobility also cause constipation problem.
Take more water per day..
Bulk forming agent like psyllium is helpful to you..
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage ,cauliflower, turnips broccoli...etc...
Sonography and abdominal x ray can done if needed..
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
