Here are all my symptoms, headaches daily, bald patch about the size of a 50cent piece, hair loss, bleeding in between periods and after sex, painful little clear dots under the skin on my finger tips (feels like splinters), excessive tiredness. ...my history is: open heart surgery in 2001 due to a car accident had a shunt put in, precancerous cells on cervix removed by cone biopsy, spondylolisthesis. Hello,

Get examined by a cardiologist. Excessive tiredness may be a symptom of developing cardiac problem. Get all required cardiac function tests, blood tests and imaging tests done to detect any CAD developing or to rule out cardiac problems. Vaginal bleeding between periods may indicate an infection of your reproductive organs. Infection can cause inflammation and bleeding

Get clinically examined by a gynecologist, to rule out cervical problems and sexually transmitted infection, PID, etc. Your treatment will depend on the pathology diagnosed. You will be accordingly treated. An underlying medical condition can be a cause of hair fall. Keep your scalp well-oiled with almond oil. Be gentle with your hair. Take a well-balanced home-made diet that is good for hair health. You can also take supplements.

Your regular food or supplements should include vitamins D, C, folate (vitamin B12), riboflavin (vitamin B2), iron, biotin, zinc, selenium, antioxidants, and omega-3 fatty acid, etc. Vitamin deficiency and anemia are factors that can also make hair loss. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
