What Causes Intermittent Abdominal Pain Along With Diarrhea?
For the past 5 years I ve been having intermittent mid abdominal pains which increased this year. All abdominal ultrasounds have been negative. I had an EGD 10/2017 and was negative for h. pylori and only showed mild gastritis. Last week the stomach pains returned with some diarrhea and I haven t had a bowel movement in 6 days, only passing gas. I have some stress between work, wedding planning and buying a house therefore i m not sure if my symptoms are stress related or another underlying issue.

dear it may be due to excessive production of gas by intestinal bacteria or physical obstruction or intestinal hypersensitivity, peptic ulcer disease may cause bloating.avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking.use tab.simethicon twice a day for five days.if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
