Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is the symptoms of Gastritis, and it may be associated with hyperacidity, these can even cause the dyspepsia.

The first thing you have to take care of diet, have some light diet with no spice or oil food, now for the medicines, symptoms can be managed with tablet Rabeprazole once in a day, and it has to be taken for five weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
