What Causes Intermittent Dizziness And Sleeplessness While On HCTZ And Metoprolol?
not all the time but some of the time I become dizzy, very tired, weak, light headed. I drink plenty of water but I do miss out on sleep at night sometimes. My medications are Olmesartan-HCTZ 10 mg, Metoprolol Suc Er 12.5 mg a day, Hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg

As per my clinical experience, it is the additive action of Olmesartan HCTZ and Hydrochlorothiazide responsible for dizziness, sleeplessness via loss of electrolytes in the urine.
I would recommend dose adjustments of current drug basket to get rid off the annoying situation.
