General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Fever, sore throat are very often caused by viruses. Its good that her tests are normal, so the likely cause would be a virus. It mostly heal itself in 5 to 7 days.

So we can watch her carefully while using Paracetamol and Ibuprofen for the fever, give her more fluids and food. Hope this would settle in a day or two, otherwise she should be taken to her doctor for further assessment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
