What Causes Intermittent Fever With Headache And Itchy Rashes?

My 12 year old daughter has had intermittent fevers of 100* to 104*f for the past few days. It has been accompanied with headaches, chills, light headedness, sensitivity to light and now a rash on the torso consisting of leave red welts that are very itchy. White blood cells are elevated. Fever comes and goes several times daily
