What Causes Intermittent Pain In Abdomen And Vomiting In A Child?

Hi I have a daughter that just turned 10 years old in December and for the past 2 years, every couple of months, she will come and say Mommy my tummy hurts and from there she vomits and can not keep anything down for days, then she is fine for another couple of months and then repeats the process - any suggestions P.S. we have ruled out the flu because no one else in the household gets it
