Dear patient you are having back pain due to muscle spasm. Your mri shows nothing else which is good thing. Muscle spasm is treatable. Kindly assume proper posture while on work and practice ergonomics. You should visit physiotherapists and start back strengthening and back extension excersise plus abdominal strengthening excersise. Practising yoga will be a good alternative. Take proper diet and improve your physique. It will take about 3 to 4 weeks to get normal posture.
