What Causes Intermittent Pain In The Ear, Head And Neck?

Hello, For the last week or so I have had ear pain in my right ear.It does come and go but seems to be worse when I stand up. At times, my left head will also having a stabbing pain. I have also had daily headaches (unusual for me) and some jaw and neck pain, which also comes and goes. Is this something that requires immediate attention? Any ideas what it could be?
