What Causes Intermittent Pain In The Left Knee And On The Top Of Right Foot?

Hello,I have had pain just under my left knee for a couple months now. Within the past couple weeks, I have had the same type of pain on the outside part of my right hand, and on the top of my right foot.. No bruises, nor have i hit it on anything. When I wake up, these areas always hurt. The pain comes and goes. I am a 25 year old male, and I am on no prescription medications. Thanks!
