I have been having small bouts with this rash that seems to disappear and then reappear in different locations on my body for about 2 months now, i might add ive not changed soaps, eating routines, or anything out of the norm. It looks like tiny red bumps, if i scratch nothing comes out, no liquid. Doesnt seems to react to heat or any type of clothing rubbing it, or even reactions to time of day. Im very confused and absolutely tired of taking steroids and walking around with pink all over my skin. Any information would be helpful at this point. Please help!
As per your case history, you are suffering from Urticaria.
My treatment advice is:
1. Avoid fast food and food with artificial colors for 2 months. 2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily. 3. Take an antihistamine medication like Levocetirizine twice daily for 7 to 10 days. 4. Other treatment options are oral steroid and hydroxyzine, taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
