What Causes Intermittent Tremors In The Left Arm And Hand Along With A Mild Headache?

I have uncontrollable shaking off and on in left arm and hand today, I am concerned now because I layed down and since then I have mild headache on the left side and my calf on left leg is now hurting also , and left shoulder is also hurting also left side of face is aching. I dont understand

These can be partial seizures and can be due to any underlying pathology in brain.You need a contrast CT scan head to rule out the cause and should be treated accordingly.Also there are chances that CT scan comes normal.In that case you should consult a good neurologist who can perform further investigation s like EEG to rule out the cause.
