What Causes Internal Itching?

Hi i have a persistant itch in my intestines and abomnen inside it feels like scratching on the inside. I have no other symptoms. What is it? Its driving me mad. Is it caused by reactions to certain foods? I cant seem to work out if there is a pattern to it. Thank you. There is no itching elsewhere only internally.

these can be a psychological disorder the simptoms of itching. you can go to a gastroenterologist to exclude a bowel disfunction but you have no other signs. I don't think is something serious.
