What Causes Involuntary Shaking Of Head?

my head shakes involuntarily especially much more more when I am upset. I have been to a neurologist & he has ruled out many things, though I have been told I have lesions on the brain probably caused by mini strokes other doctors say no, but no answers.

Hello,

Imaging of the brain such as MRI and cardiac workup is necessary to get a correct understanding of your condition. If no problems in these evaluations then stress is a strong possible factor. Discuss with your Doctor for these issues.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
