What Causes Irregular And Missed Periods With Spotting?

Hi my periods are very irregular in May I had a period June and July I didn t August it was spotty Sept. none. So here we are Oct 1 and nothing. March blood test was done I m not in menopause after that I left it alone. Now I m concerned!! What could be going on??

You can consult a gynecologist and get an ultrasound scan done to rule out conditions related to uterus like fibroids and ovarian cyst as it can also causes similar symptoms.
