What Causes Irregular Bowel Movement In Babies?

my son is 3 and a half months old. he has'nt got his bm since last seven days. and this is a regular affair. my baby is exclusively breastfed. i have offered him formula feed just 5-6 times in this period of 3 and a half months period. recently i have started giving him water. what else can i do to bring him out of the pain

Hello. I just read through your question. Rather than using water, you can use prune juice. This will be more effective as a laxative. A teaspoon in each bottle will help.
