HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Your query being appreciated, it does not seems to be any illness of intestine but it could be just normal changes and it mostly happening due to the diet taken, try to change the routine diet, if it associated with abdomen pain prior to defecate or after it then chances of infection is likely in such condition single dose of Sacnidazole 1 G can be tried, in geriatric age bowel movement disturbs the person but it may not be the disease condition, ideally stool needs to be sent for laboratory examination to rule out the infection and other causes hope this information helps.
