Hi Ms. Manjula,
The causes could vary from a distorted hormonal balance, local causes like erosions of the cervix or polyps or weight changes and so on. You would need a complete evaluation including a physical exam, trans-vaginal sonogram, pap smear and a vaginal swab, complete hormonal profile, blood counts and urinalysis. Treatment should be based on the exact cause and not empirical to be curative. Please maintain a healthy weight and a healthy diet. Perhaps you could benefit from a course of hormones for a couple of months once other causes are excluded, to set things on track. Hope this helps.
