Hallow Dear,

Some times, on the day of egg release (ovulation), some bleeding may occur which may or may not be associated with some pain in abdomen. This phenomenon is known as Mittelschmerz.

Bleeding you noticed 2 weeks after your menses is Mittelschmerz. This is a physiological phenomenon and needs no special attention. It is not necessary that Mittelschmerz will be experienced every cycle.

Two weeks after Mittelschmerz, you have started your regular menses. No issue and nothing to worry.

If you start having irregular intermenstrual bleeding, then you may suspect hormonal imbalance and report to your Gynaecologist.

I am sure this removes your stress.
