What Causes Irregular Periods And Bleeding After Sex?

i am 45 and started having my periods where i keep missing a period a month and a half for about the last 4 months and in between i have spotting now when i have sex sometimes it can get rough but i bleed after kinda heavy but it doesent come down after sex what is my problem?

Hi,

Consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated, We have to rule out possible uterus related or cervical abnormalities. As of now, you can take drugs like Tranexamic acid to control bleeding.
