What Causes Irregular Periods And Miscarriage?
Hi Sir, This is Bhavana from India . I got married on 2012 DEC . Age-23 . On June 2013 i had one miscarriage . Since then i had very very irregular periods . only if i take or complete my tablet i ll get periods on 31st day or the next day when i complete it .When I was 21 due to family issues i had mortein spray liquid with milk . But i survived without any defects externally( not checked with the doctors ) . My question is whether i.e is the reason for my miscarriage and I have to know whether it ll cause the same effects whenever i get pregnant . Since my first miscarriage i look totally stressed . Kindly please answer my question .

The following are the cause of irregular periods: Hormonal imbalance, an emotional problems like stress, ovarian cyst/PCOS, change in lifestyle and dietary habit, thyroid disorder etc.
I advise you to consult the gynecologist and get the done following investigations: reproductive hormone analysis, thyroid hormone, ovarian follicle study, USG scan etc.
Management depends on cause. Period can be induced by medroxyprogesterone after proper evaluation.
Do regular exercise like walking and medication early in the morning for 45-60 minutes, healthy diet and fresh fruits.
