Hello,
Thanks for letting us know your health concern. Pantoprazole is unlikely to cause menstrual irregularity. It is natural for a normal menstrual cycle to occur within a range of one week. However, considering the age of your wife and the pattern of her recent menstrual cycles, it is possible that she is experiencing some hormone disturbance. If you have been sincerely trying to conceive for the past six months, I would ask you to see a specialist for further management. You need to have a complete couple evaluation for faster result. Please remember that the fertility rate declines as age advances due to the decline in the available ova. Hope this helps.
