What Causes Irregular Periods With Cramping And Lower Back Pain After Removal Of IUD?

I just got my iud out about 2 weeks ago and had a little bit of bleeding and it was gone.My periods are irregular and Im trying to get pregnant.Now today I have had brown blood and cramping and lower back pain.Im concerned because this has never happened.

Hello dear, little irregularities in menstrual cycle are common after IUD removal. But keep a record of your menstrual cycle and if irregularities persists then get an ultrasound done and visit your gynecologist with reports and for physical examination. Take care and all the best.
