What Causes Irregular Periods With Lower Abdominal Pain?

I have been having irregular periods for three months and last month I felt like I was going to start around the 13th but didn t start until the 24th was heavy and ended the 28th but now im having very sharp lower abdomen pain and it is worse with a full bladder sometimes I have a very dark discharge?

irregular periods may b due to overweight,pcod,hormonal imbalance...try to reduce weight...u can take pills from 5th day of periods for 21 days to decrease pain and to make ur cycles regular
